Abstract

I am pleased to present the second edition of the 2020 LA JUNTA Institutional Magazine, carried out during the 2020-2021 period. I want to congratulate this professional effort and publication that our colleague representing Peru before the AIC, Oscar Alfredo Díaz Becerra, has accustomed us to. , director of the magazine, and his entire team. We value this meritorious effort much more because it occurs in such a difficult context for the country and the world.
