Abstract

The development of new knowledge requires the implementation of articulated actions and plans, where various interest groups participate. Although universities are characterized by being the main centers for research and development of knowledge, there are other actors that play an important role, such as the company and the State, who, through joint work, must contribute to the achievement of the objectives of generation and transfer of knowledge for the development of society.
