Abstract

The development and consolidation of scientific research continues to be a great concern and challenge for universities, research centers and professional associations both at the local and regional level. In the case of universities, with the implementation of some strategies and policies, positive results and improvements in indicators linked to R&D have been achieved. However, in the Peruvian case, the results do not follow this positive trend, even , in some cases, are null.
