The main objective of this research is to determine the influence of the process costing system on the profitability of the Pascualito bakery in the province of Concepción, Junín department in 2019. The research is applied at an explanatory level, non- experimental design - transectional, the sample is non-probabilistic focused on management documents. As a result, the significant influence of the process cost system on the profitability of the Pascualito bakery was determined.
