In this second edition of the 2023 La Junta Institutional Magazine, I want to thank all the colleagues and friends who, with their academic articles, made the publication of this edition possible.

Thanks to their contributions, the magazine has become a recognized magazine in the accounting profession at a national and international level for all of us who are committed to business development and public and private institutions. Therefore, it is an honor to address you through the pages of this prestigious magazine. In these times of change and challenge, it is crucial to maintain open and transparent communication with all members of our professional community.
